Halo 2 Anniversary ODST

Have always been a big fan of how the ODST looked in halo 2 and have finally decided to start working on 3d printing a set of the armor. I found the 3d files on thingiverse.com if anyone else is interested. Right now I have the helmet printed off and will be working on the chest next.

i was just talking with my one son and we both like the odst in 2 also, he wants me to build him a set of this armor. the helmet you printed came out really good is it all one part printed or parts put together?

I printed all together on an ender 5 3d print took about 5 days but worthwhile because you dont have to clean up seams.

That's a good looking helmet! I have always wanted to do a Halo 2 ODST, maybe I'll start that after I finish my other 3 for my current project.

Thank you, this is like my 5th project I've started without finish the others. Probably need to pick one and stick with it, but that would be to easy.

I'm working on 3 Reach ODSTs simultaneously. I am hoping to work on it production line style and get it done within a year or so.

I see smart smat. Usually start sanding one project while one prints.

Nice man! I think I'm going to use the odst shoulders for my spartan build, they look sweet

Wasn't to satisfied with the earlier color so I went back a repainted the helmet with a more metallic paint and was able to finish up the visor. Currently printing the chest, hope to have it all printed out with the next two weeks or so.

Got the front half of the torso printed off. Now time to sand and bondo to clean up the angles and smooth it out a bit.

I second that, the visor color is amazing, super eye catching!
