Halo 3 Marine Scaling Question

Hi, I'm really sorry if this has been asked before but, I searched, read the tutorial threads and the official scaling thread, reread the pep index, and did some manual searching, and I still found nothing. Sometime soon, I'm going to make the Halo 3 Marine Armor ,by Vrogy(Teacher's Pet), but I'm not sure how to scale it, or what height it's scaled to. If anyone knows, could you please tell me? Is there a scaling formula somewhere that I can't find ;-;? Or how I'm suposed to measure? Also, Vrogy is banned so I can't ask him .

well measure your bopdy parts, convert to centimeters, and than rescale using the tutorial in the scaling thread.
