Alright, I'm back. Had to put away my build for a few months, but now I'm back on track. I have the helmet all glassed, bondo-ed in certain areas, sanded, spot putty, all ready to add some foam details. I'll get pics of those when I start. For now, a couple pics:

I know this is an old post but still this helped me a lot. I'm planning on making some Halo 5/Halo 4 multiplayer armor. And I didn't know whether to use standard Pepakura or Pepakura with Foam.

Where did you find the files for the suit? I would love to build one myself but cant find the proper files.

this build is looking sick! I've actually got a nearly complete pepakura suit of these sitting around that i haven't done anything with yet, I'm yet to finish the back thrusters, shins and butt plate, One main reason I've been putting it off is how i would tackle glassing the chest & shoulders, way you've done it looks great, maybe I'll have to dust off my old build and start again XD
Any chance you could link the files you used for the helmet and perhaps the thighs? probably the only two models I cant find something decent for
