This HAZOP build looks fantastic! I thought the HAZOP armor was one of the coolest sets in Halo 4 and you got it spot on. A quick question: What is the undersuit material? It certainly looks better than anything I've come across while shopping online.

FANTASTIC build!!!!!, I didn't really appreciate it till I opened each pic to get a better look. Wish they were a bit clearer......but it looks awesome!!!! The hand plates look very thin....craft foam?

got a quick question for this fantastic build! I have been making and re making my scout helmet for I don't like how it turns out but how did you get so much detail in the helmet? There are so many small areas which I would imagine would be a pain to bondo.
And also what did you use to mold the helmet and what did you use to cast it? I am planning on doing the same once my helmet is to my liking.

The trick is not to bondo those spots. Throw on an extra layer of resin in those hard to get to spots.

Its been a while but i have made some updates to this Armor and i am more pleased with it now than ever. I added some lights to it and i have even added a glove box to the inside of my torso for carrying things such as keys and phone. I also changed out the undersuit for a dye sublimated one i bought from hersotime.com. Hope to have a dimensional undersuit for my next build but this serves for now. I have added nylon straps and snaps as well to hold parts in place better and lost that bulky cod piece attached to the torso. looked weird when i bent anyways.
