"Halo Effect"

I came across a book of articles on Halo called "Halo Effect: An Unauthorized Look at the Most Successful Video Game of All Time" or something along those lines. Its filled with insightful and thoughtful articles on Halo's universe, background (ie, in the real world - bungie dev, etc) and some of the more subtle aspects of Halo's plot. Although slightly outdated now, what with new film news, its not significantly wrong anywhere (except, imho, in the 'religion in Halo' article)
I would recommend it to anyone on the site as a book that will encourage a bit of thought about the true scale of bungie's creation.
I don't know if any of you have read this book or even the following link, but here is a taster of one of the articles that i was pointed to be an old PCPlus: http://www.gamasutra.com/features/20070502/grazier_02.shtml Dont be put off by this: its not that scientific all the way thro'. Also, here's the amazon page: http://www.amazon.com/Halo-Effect-Unauthor...9503&sr=8-2
I would recommend it strongly, but otherwise, any thoughts from people who have read it?

[<I didnt know whether to put this in general discussion, but this one says the Halo books, and its arguable that this is a Halo book being a book about Halo, which the official ones are anyway, and i think it would be hard to define it more usefully than that. Plus, it does say "non-Halo related things here" in the description for General Discussion.>]"
