Quick update: I have all leg pieces build and stomach plate, so starting Tuesday I will start working on the arm and the mid-region of the body.

Quick update: I finished the shoulder piece and I ran out of foam so I have to order more when I get my paycheck next week. So I will have chest, back, and a helmet complete by the beginning of August.

I plan on doing a Halo 3 Marine as well. This is what im planning, but just minus the helmet and maybe the shoulders.
It'd be my first Halo cosplay, and my first time actually working with EVA foam. Hope mine turns out just as good as yours!

Funny you mentioned ”first time” because this will be my first full Eva foam build and I am not doing the helmet probably because I have a military base hat and if it your first time I will highly recommend using Andrew DFT, Marine, how to series because that is what all my armor piece come from

The Armor is almost complete guy and gal. just waiting for my foam get ship in the mail hopefully next week. And on Sept. 14 I will be wearing my armor at a local charity called Touch A Truck. Hopefully next year I will have my Spartan armor up and ready for development. For the main reason I started doing is mostly for Comic-Con and Charity Event.
