halo reach armor with working jetpack (old video i think)

So i was stumbling across youtube when i saw this awesome video

It was REALLY epic, and by seeing this, i was wondering: MAYBE, someone can make a wroking jetpack from halo reach, and actually keep the layout. like a smaller version of the jetpack in the video.
