Alright! Another update.
I've completed my right shin(or is it my left? :$) Fits perfectly! I lost two of the templates, those tiny pieces would've helped me but I'll live without them.

On the side note, instead of using the EOD Helmet, I will be using my Scout Helmet. I intentionally used to for my Jun build but that project was aborted. The Scout Helmet has been modified :D

Helmet mod pictures? Sure!
Modified mouth. It was more blocky last time.

I left out the details that were a pain in the butt to make.

Sorry for the triple post :/
But I've come back with a tiny update. I made another design for the hatchet. I like it more as it's simple as the handle is the same size as the neck so it won't have any problem with sliding it out of the "holster". It also has some personal touches that I really like :D

And my favourite part of it:

Those are all for now!

This is a very cool build! I chuckled when i read space diaper haha. I have a question about working with foam for you. how is it working with foam for somebody who has never used it? I plan on doing my second build with it and just wanted to get some advice for it. Thanks! Keep up the great work!

This is the first time working wirh foam. It's fantastic! I proceed with my build much faster than pepakura. Trying to pep a low detail thigh took me four hours. Foaming a high detail thigh took me two hours. Just as long as you have templates! :3

Thank you, Asianninja-san :3

Anyways, update!
Remember when I said I wanted to attach the Ab Wrap to the cod? Well, I did it. IT WORKS AWESOMELY!

It has a buckle to secure it:

Man, this is a good build, especially for a first time foam build. I really like the cod/ab/butt plate combo. Are you basing these off certain pep files, or just all free hand? I'd really like to try that cod/ab piece myself.

thats some good work you have going on there, keep it up and Can't wait to see more :)

I hope I can update ya'll soon :3

Thanks! I love how easy it is to work with! And yep! All the files I used are in L3X's Pepakura Database. It's in the 3D Modeling section :3

School starts in 5 days for me. First day of 10th Grade for I won't really work on it as I want to focus. I'll continue once my first semester ends :3 But now seems like a great time to plan out everything. How the straps go and which pieces go on first, etc. I will draw sketches of those and they will be posted just in case anyone wants to base their strapping system, order of parts to wear, etc off of mine :3

I borrowed my sister's mannequin. Yep, a female mannequin but the bewbs weren't big at all so they weren't really a problem:

Lookin good. I'm unfamiliar with how malaysia's school system works, but personally I'd love to see you keep working on it. You have an interesting mix of pep and foam :D

I must say... Your foamwork is awesome. Im gonna b working with foam for the first time. Well see how that goes lol
Suit is looking mighty fine so far keep it up

Thanks, Jack! I went from Pep to Foam. I must say, Foam is like a friend to me now. A friend that I draw on, cut and build armor out of. But I'm sure it lets me :p It's super fun to work with! :3

hey budy, nice foam work. like the hugh amount of details.

here is my tipp for you detailing the helmet vents:

i drilled some holes in my helmet for details and the air flow.
i also try to get the details of the original helmet from Jun and i try my best.

the thread: http://www.405th.com/showthread.php...(Foam-and-Fiberglasbuild)?p=621296#post621296

the new vent is made out of plastic vent covers for 0.99cent and the borders are made out of polystyrol plates. they are thin and flexible. they are great for detailing without cardboard or foam which has to be sealed.
good luck with your work, i will keep and eye on it ;)
