This armory entry:
Halo: Reach - MJOLNIR Mark V - Scout
Standard Pep Files for the Scout Chest piece, and both standard pep files and foam files for the Helmet.

The best way is to look at the files names inside the armory entry. In this case, for the helmet there are two files, halo-reach-mjolnir-mkv-scout-jun-a266-helmet.pdo and halo-reach-mjolnir-mkv-scout-jun-a266-helmet-foam.pdo. All Foam optimized templates will have "Foam" in the name. In the case of the scout chest, you can still use standard pep files for foam pieces, but you will need to search around a little and you will find multiple threads on how to best convert or use a non foam optimized file with foam.

To open the .pdo files you'll need either Pepakura Designer or Armorsmith. You might just need to set your default program for opening the file type.
