I don't know if these are any help to you but I thought you might get some good refs from the Mcfarlane figures:

I should have, sorry it was some what complicated, I think I had to redue a few pieces. it kinda trial and error but if your going to build it use a sharp husky tool knife and the right cardboard it should look new and I like to use the thin stuff mostly card board from products at walmart if I have to use the thinker stuff fill in all the holes with hotglue or wood glue and make sure it looks clean. I plan to fiberglass and bondo a few spots and hopefully get a cast made some day but I'm currently about to start making the molds for my mk IV chest I making sure I do this right, just did a practice mold which is almost done and a surprise for later want to make sure it comes out ok first.

ok I spent maybe just a couple hours last night improving the chest sorry I forgot pics but only minor changes but I thought you guys might like some more reference pics of the back piece since halo wars doesnt have a screen shot fuction as far as I can tell, i took some with my camera while it was paused

Hey, if anyone makes pepakura files for the full armor(i dont care bout the helmet, im gunna do something different with it) but still, I really wanna make this with my friend because then were gunna go to bestbuy in these costumes and buy ODST or Halo Wars, or do something else with it.

damn. good idea. I think i'll start working on an ODST soon and I'll do the halo wars whenever i feel like it/have enough time/have a pep for it.
