Hello and welcome 405th Infantry Division to your HCS World Championship 2025!
For our new recruits, and our returning members, we welcome and encourage you to join us at the HCS World Championship held here in Seattle Washington! This year marks the sunset year of Halo Infinite at HCS, so if you haven't gone to a HCS World Championship, this would be the perfect year to join your 405th brothers and sisters to this extraordinary event!
The HCS World Championship offers so much more than the E-sports championship, from a vibrant community stage, smaller tournaments, voice actor meets, and so much more! As we get details on all of the wonderful things you can some to expect from the event, we will be updating the lists below!

The 405th Division and its staff in conjunction with Halo Studios, hold final authority and jurisdiction over all cosplay-related activities at the event. This includes, but is not limited to, partner engagement, panels, contests, and programming. The 405th staff reserves the right to make final decisions regarding event integration and may, at its discretion, restrict or remove participants or activities as necessary. -Early venue access will be managed by on-site staff authorized at the "Partner" level, permitting escorting individuals onto the venue premises prior to show hours. We will coordinate to enter as a group each morning; however, if specific access requirements are necessary, designated team members will facilitate attendee entry into the venue as required.

When uploading content to this drive; please title the folder with your forum handle, and import directly into the folder. Do not add content into the "root" of the main folder.
Changing & Repair Area:
- We will have a full changing and repair area in the behind the scenes section, right behind our booth in the community corner. It is about double the size we had last year, and located approximately where the main stage was at last year's event. The changing area will have power, seating, and lighting behind the scenes for us. Be mindful, we have a LOT of cosplayers attending, and that space will have to be used by a large amount of people.
Highlight Events
Halo Studios Museum Visit:
- Thursday
The visit to the museum is currently in the coordination phase. We are planning for 6-8 attendants to the tour to be in costume and to arrive at 3:00 PM to the location, while main tours will be held from 4:00PM PST to 6:00PM PST. We will be coordinating with Halo Studios to prioritize members who have never been able to experience the tour, as we will only be allotted 5-10 attendants that are NOT in cosplay. Cosplayers will still get to tour the space.
There will be food and drink served at the studio for this event. Decorum and schedule adherence will be of the utmost importance. Failure to follow guidelines will result in SEVERE consequence to event participation up to termination of entrance to main event.
Doors Open Lineup:
- Friday-Saturday: 9:45am at skybridge hall
- Sunday: 10:45 at skybridge hall
● Must be ready in costume in skybridge hall, lined up for attendee entrance prior to designated time. Staff members will handle the organization of the lineup 15 minutes prior to doors open.
321 Foto Photo Ops:
- "7th Corp" will primarily be working with and running this activation at the venue set dressing it and providing set pieces to truly make it a unique activation. We will be providing oversight and logistics support to them during the event to ensure their successful engagement with the community.
Steve Downes & Jen Taylor Escort Team:
- Similar to the photo op, we will have cosplayers assisting in the escort of both Jen Taylor, and Steve Downes for both their entrances to the community stage, and for "bodyguarding" them during autograph signings at their table.
Group Photo Op:
- Where: Main Stage, then Skybridge proceeding conclusion of stage portion.
- When: Saturday, October 24th starting at 6:00 PM PST
Final announcement of Contest winners will being at 6:00 PM PST with a estimate wrap time to assemble all contestants to main stage at 6:30 PM PST for a group photo on broadcast for Halo Studios. Proceeding this we will move to the skybridge for our more traditional photoshoot following the following prompts
- Group, Stoic
- Group, Weapon Ready
- Group, Silly
- Group Helmets Off
- Helmet Line Up
- 1/2 custom grouping requests.
We will be setting a hard cut off for this shoot at 8:00 PM PST. Once the main stage portion is complete while it is encourage you join us at the Sky Bridge, it is NOT required.
Community Team Pop Up Events:
- These events are scheduled spontaneously and will not adhere to a fixed timetable. Communications regarding these events will be shared on an as-needed basis between the HS Community Staff and the designated HCS Media Team.
Halo Studios Staff Meet and Greet:
- When: Sunday prior to General Admission
- Where: Skybridge
Cosplay & Maker Competition
The Cosplay Competition returns this year, and the Makers Competition is born, giving you the opportunity to showcase your builds!
Important Announcement:
When entering the maker and cosplay competition, you are not allowed to enter something into the makers competition that you intend to carry into the costume competition, and vise versa.
Entering into the Cosplay will sponsor you with a badge for the event. If you have already purchased a badge, and you are selected for the competition, you will be refunded the original cost of your ticket.
If you have been granted a ticket via the cosplay contest, you will pick up your ticket via "Will Call" under your legal name, and email that were provided to NobleofDeath16.
Entering into the Cosplay will sponsor you with a badge for the event. If you have already purchased a badge, and you are selected for the competition, you will be refunded the original cost of your ticket.

Booth Information
This year we will have a booth in the community corner! The booth priority this year will be for photos! We are looking to have between 2-4 cosplayers, with 2 handlers at the booth at all times for pictures! If you are interested in participating, there is a volunteer section of the roll call sheet available for sign-ups!
Important Information:
We will not be manning a traditional table at the community corner with the booth. We are sharing a 20' x 30' space with a handful of other community members who will have tables out. Our involvement will be to man our set piece with cosplayers and handlers for photos with attendees. We will also be providing activation support as requested to community members within the space. We will have a crate setup to hold weapons and props to display.

This booth build is currently in progress. This build is being funded out of pocket by us and this amazing community.
