Halo1 Mark Iv Boots Have Initials Mrl On Them?

I was playing around with halo 1 and while using flycam with a dev trainer (which is sick to have ) I noticed that on the bottem of Master chiefs boots were the initials MRL. What do the initials mean it's been bugging me for years and i thought i would ask you guys if you knew what they stood for? theres a pic below

Hmm its one of the artist's that designed the skin of master chief. Check the halo wiki.

couldn't find what they stood for on halo wiki it's one of great mystery's you can't stop thinking about until you solve it type deals and it can't be his initials cause Master chiefs first name was John

and if you look on the wiki about the initials, his birthday is on the treads of one of the tanks.

yea that's what I've been reading about all the Easter eggs in halo one i never really put thought to what the numbers on the tank really meant but know we know it's some persons birthday
