Thx, but what the Bondo belongs, i got 1kg on that Helmet and dont wanted more, first it has too much Wheight then and second i was at a Point where i wanted to finish it to get on the next Parts.

The Helmet is at a Point where you can destroy a Window with it, he has about 3 Layers of Fiberglas at the Head-Point and 2 Layers on the Rest, plus it has a inner sealed Surface of PolyGlas and over that a thin Layer Urethan, a very good Padding and because of the Visor you become fresh Air without any Problems, it doesnt get hot in there like the other Helmets, but i hope i can find a Way to make a real Visor.

When i wanted to make it round like a Bike-Helmet, i think it would take many Weeks, okay i got the Time but...you know, its a Costume and not a Bulletproof Prototype

dozver12: Cant see much on that small Pics, but dont stop, it looks very great!

Sicko4 - Looks great!! think you got this thing down pretty well. Bondo and paint looks smooth like a stealth plane in the night.

Rob- Are you getting my PMs?? PM was sent.

That kinda confused me, but the bondo was reccomended to smooth it down, as it has a lot of edges. It shouldn't take that long, but who knows.

The Helmet is over 90% smooth, but the half Bondo lays on the Visor Part, at Fiberglasing it has gone uneven, this happens the first Time for me that it was gone very uneven, but with the Rondo Method it was no Problem, plus the Visor can be mounted very strong with Screws. Like written, i could do it very round, but i dont need it, because it´s only a Costum. It doesnt need to be perfect, good is enough, the perfect Helmets are founded at Peoples like Adam, Sean, Flying Squirrel and the other Masters of the Universe ;)

The other half of the Bondo is over some Places and in the Back of the Helmet for not going "Visorheavy".
Short sayed: Balanced.

Yeah, there's no point if having a helmet that's as smooth as a baby's bottom (or another type of bottom, whatever your preference may be ;) ) if it keeps falling forward on your face.

Personally I don't like things completely smooth, I feel that if a soldier has been in battle, then his gear would be scuffed up/dented too (not to say that your helmet looks dented)!

Great work~

Suite done!

I keept the Shins, they dont fit me, used some old Protectors, looks good enough.
The Helmet becomes his Visor another Time, must search a good one to form it into the Shape of it.
The Lower Torso also must be modified a second Time, the Mounting-Method with Velcro does not work like the first Time, you could see that it "explodes"....and no, i dont eat more as i should the last Times^^...could be the Woodland BDU, its very thick...Milforce...pfff...

The Shoulders become some Stickers, i think i use the normal ODST Logo and the "Spirit of Fire" Emblem.

Sry for the Quality of the Pics, i think by Dad forgott how to use his own Cam...gg

everything else looks great, but these bug me: as an ODST, you should be wearing black BDUs and that mesh that replaces the visor.

Who can read reaches first Place, but i explain it a second:

I got no Visor thats cheap enough to form it into the Shape of the Helmet.
And i dont have a Metro or Urban BDU, i got only a Black one, and the ODSTs from H2 use a Mix of Black and Urban.

i have to say that is rather impressive. nice job, i am currently putting together the lower torso, got my files from Ruze789. i am just going to use gray pants and a black, knit hoody for the underneath, hopefully my armor looks just as good.

That is an excellent looking suit. Well done, simple but effective. *applaud* One thing I suggest is getting a gold visor (helps to add realism to the helm) but the mesh looks quite good. I never thought a mesh would work well with a UNSC helmet.
