HALO4 Mappass and Specialisations

I think i got a little Problem with the Codes of the Limited Edition...

1st: The Mappack Pass.
I entered the Code, but didn´t get anything.
Then i saw the Waypoint Shop in Halo4 and saw the Mappack for 2000MS Credits.

For what is the Code when i didn´t get it free?

2nd: The Specialisations

With the Code i get early Access to them, but i don´t see anyone unlocked.
The Card has some Info, the those Specials are selectable when you reach Level 50.

Why don´t i have Access to them now?

Can someone explain me that pls?

For the maps, they aren't released, yet.

As for the specializations, you did unlocked them, but you have to reach level 50 first. Once you reach level 50, you can choose any of the specializations while those that only got the standard only have access to two.

Where did you get your copy of the game? I know that Game Stop was having issues with their codes working that night for the map packs and were issuing people codes for 2000 MS points to purchase the map pack from live. They also mentioned it was corporate-wide, so all codes from all Game Stops would have been affected. If you did get your game from Game Stop, and the code's not working, you may have to go back in and talk with them to get the code for the 2000 MS points.

Yeah - I'm having this same problem.

They were supposed to email me the map and armor codes - but I never got them - still have not even after going back and talking with them. I think I'm going to have to go back one more time and see what I can do - after that I'm going to email and call the customer service rep at GS headquarters until this gets resolved.

The whole reason I ordered the limited edition was for the armor codes and map-pack.
