It would warp the crap outta the pep, unless you hardened it with resin first. Its a good idea, but you would ruin your helmet or any other piece. You can try it, but you'd be wasting paper lol.

sounds like it MIGHT work, but only in very SMALL sections. Card stock is pretty durable, just dont get it all we at the same time. Granted, it also sounds a bit like a drywall accessory. How well does it hold up once its hardened? Does it crack or warp? Might take longer too, depending on how patient you have to be with it when putting it on. Also, can you sand it down, or would you have to bondo over it anyways? Just some thoughts when shopping for an alternative. I would assume its not up here for reason, not for lack of testing. Check it out and get back to us!

if you were to resin the inside and outside first you'd probably be completely fine. Also, it would probably be a good idea to go over the rolls with another coat of resin to waterproof them when you were finished.

I tried it once, It worked pretty well as long as you divide into sections, and put the plaster inside of the piece. I glued little pieces of cardboard indide of the helmet to keep it from warping. Maybe I'll post a tutorial sometime...
