If I'm not too mistaken, a few others have already asked this, but to quickly answer your question... no, I don't believe so, and with good reason. Walking around with a very-real-looking pistol that actually fires blanks could lead to some misunderstandings and get a person in a whole heap of trouble. I'd refrain from trying to do so, if I were you.

And please, before posting anything, first use the "Search" function to see if anyone else has posted anything on the same topic. Try searching using some key words (ie. "Blank-firing guns", etc.) to see if you find anything before posting it yourself. It'll help the Admin/Mod group in keeping double-posting to a minimum and keep the forums relatively clean and uncluttered...
