HAVING A PROBLEM WITH XBOX LIVE, I NEED HELP!!!!!!!

Okay heres the deal, I change my family settings so I can play Xbox and Xbox 360 games online, but when I change it and save it, It goes right back to being BLOCKED! please help

when i got my 360 i was freaking out cuz of that i was so P.O.'ed but then i realized i was doing i wrong and then my anger dropped
