Hm... best advice for me would be to do the circular indents first, pop those onto the main body, then do the secondary indent, and finally work on the sides. Take your time, be patient. Use standard PVA or gel glue, which gives you some leeway with moving the pieces if they don't sit right, before the glue dries. Then, hot-glue the back up to make sure it's all firm and secure.
