Good job! Thats the HD model right? It looks great, and compared to the glass on the table it looks the right size.

Looks like you are off to a good start, there are minor imperfections, but your new best friend Mr. Bondo can help you fix them (but with that model it will be quiet easy to smooth out, it's the same model I used in my avatar). Just remember to take you time and don't rush anything and it will turn out very nice.

Yeah I did fiberglass the inside. The pep was warped when I made it alot worse then it is now though. Thanks to bondo.


Update:
I'm done except for the LED's and dual visor. I think it is awesome. So much better than my first Mark VI helm.

The plastic is still on the visor so I won't scratch it.
