Help Scale Problem

hey guys this is the first time ive come back to the forum for about 2 years and i remembre how to do every thing just not scale, i have the flying squirl pep file the reson i left the site is cause no one would help me find a good scale for my self they just told me to read stickys or search, but really ive read all the stickys serched for half an hour, couldent find anything so please don be a loser and just help
