Help with EVA Armor

Hey guys, I have a question for all of you. How do you print your EVA Armor Templates. I had my own way but the large printer I used no longer works so I need a new way. Thank you!

I generally just use modified Pepakura files that are cut out without flaps and traced onto foam. Printed on regular 8.5"x11" cardstock (110lb) from an inkjet printer (standard run-of-the-mill). If a piece is more than a sheet long/wide, I get it aligned vertically, then split it across two sheets, using the margin from the paper as a flap to tape them together.
