how do i apply the fiber glass or plastic to my peperakura armor

Guys real quick question how do i apply the fiberglass or plastic

1 coat of resin on the outside.
1 coat of resin on the inside
1 coat of fiberglass on the inside
1 coat of resin on the inside
(Optional) 1 coat of resin on the outside.
