how do you make armor

I need help making armor, I really want to but I don't know how. can anyone give me any help, or tell me how to do it. I would be very greatful if anyone helped me.

I had wanted to make it out of hard material

ok what im going to do is sculpt it out of a clay first then when it hardens and i sculpt it to perfection i make a mold and pour in the liquid plastic stuff

But pep can be glassed to harden.
