How do you open a .pdo file on a Mac?

as far as i know there is no way , your going to have to run windows on boot camp

Braytak is absolutely correct. Run a windows emulator on the mac, or you can find someone too re-scale and shift the .pdo files for you, and then perhaps pdf and send them to you.

That is what I have done in the past for Mac users. But it is sometime time consuming depending on parts and usually most don't have the time, or they want to be compensated for it somehow.

My best suggestion for you is run a windows app. So you can use it (Dual OS)

or like most current mac user i used to have a pc which is now in my basement, i brought it up clean it off and plan on useing it for one thing and thats pepping.

Try using a virtual machine and install windows on it.

Thanks for the help. I just got Parallel's Desktop and installed Windows 7. So I'm good to go now.
