how to make a helmet from styro foam and duck tape!

well...
i thought i would give my secret to my helmet
see i took that blue styro foam you find in building sights witch is used as installation, and duck tape
i drew the out lines on the foam stuff and cut it with a band saw ( if you dont have one a jigsaw will work too)
and i glued the layers together and coverd them with duck tape
now none of the styro foam must be shoeing or the spray paint will melt it
then i whent to my local bakery and cut out those plastic boxes they(cookies) came in and used it as a visor
