Hey guys, I was modeling the Reach handplates, but the problem is that I dont know how to make the files in sketchup turn into pdo files.

And sorry for creating this noobish thread.

depending on the version you have, you will either have to export it into .kmz (google earth 3) or .dae and it will load in pepakura designer.

export the file as a KMZ and then rename file.kmz to .zip

then extract the files like you normaly do with a zip file

go through the files untill you find the .dae and if you have the full version of pep it will import in

if not it still might but you can download blender and the python add-on (both free)

and then import into blender and export as a suitable format. then import into pep

If it's pro, you can export to .obj. If you need me to convert them, I'd be happy to.

Thank You :)

can you pm me your email so I can send you the file
