does any one know how to start a killzone suit (the wolf suit) u think it scalled
i know i can use a WWII german hemlet but the mask, and how should i make the eyes glow orange, with oiut buring my retnas out...

That is essentially a copy of the Jin-Roh Wolf Brigade Protect Gear.

NAS makes a suit of it based on the live action film. There have been lots of other ones made too, so check them out via google and see how they were made.
