I Need Help On Two Things

I would really like to get a set of master chief armor built from the pep files on the Halo Wiki Index but I have one problem some of the helmets or armor parts are not scaled right for example I built the Halo 1 MC Helmet and after I built it, it was only big enough to fit my 5 year old brother. So now that I know I can't work with that I decided to start on the Halo Mark IV HD armorI just hope it's scaled to about the size to fit a 6 foot person. Okay so thats the first problem.
The second problem that I have is with the Iron Man Mk3 armor files done by Belacor I belive, the pep files are a little off when I go to print them and usually end up cutting off the bottom part of the page I have tried switching from letter to A4 to fix the problem and I get a little more of it but no enough to get the parts on the pages it is cutting the print off right under where it says modeled by belacor on the page and I don't know if therer are other files out there that I can do or if I am just doing something wrong, I know I'm using the right type of printer but still don't know what I'm doing wrong here, and would really like to build an Iron Man Helmet.
Sorry for me asking troubling questions but on these 2 things I'm really stuck.

Problem 1 - each part needs to be scaled. Everyone will have to scale them differently. An easy way to do it is to measure the body part that they fit and add 1-2 CMs.

Problem 2 - You may have to rearrange the parts a little bit to get them to fit. I've never looked at the files in question but that would be my answer.

I've had the same problem with pages being cut off. As far as scaling there's an option in pepakura designer under "2d pattern window" you can either scale it up/down by 10% or you can specify a size and it'll scale itself, you just have to move the pieces around some so they all fit on the page.
