I need help with pepakura viewer

hello

I'm fairly new to this and pepakura. I have just been playing arround with the pepakura viewer 3 programe and i can't scale my files to my body size like it shows in a video tutorial:-

I don't have a 2d menu. Do I have to purchase anything else?

You can only do that in Designer, which you can use for free, the only limitation is that you can't save the file, but you can still print the pages.
