Can you be more specific? If you have no prior prop making experience you should try pepakura it is a simple way to make props for beginners. I would suggest reading the in the stickies in the noob and pepakura forums they will help you decide what method is best for you and how you should start.

what i'm trying to say is where do i get the blueprints or what ever it's called and what do i do after that do i print it or something?

first go to the pepakura and cardboard armor section, then read the top topics, like the stickies.
remember....stickies know all!
