1st Build I need some guidance

Hi! Is my first time posting. I don't know if I'm doing it the correct way but I have a question. Is there a way to create some templates just based on a imagine? I want to make Lucy B091 armor for myself. She's one my favorite characters and since we have similar measurements I want to give it a try. I have no idea how to make templates from zero and I'm also kinda new using the resources from the community.
I will really appreciate some insight for this project
I know she uses some sort of SPI armor

In that Picture Lucy is actually wearing the Athlon Armor she was given when she was tasked with helping train the SPARTAN IVs, not the normal SPI Armor she wore for most of her career.
