Idea for a undersuit

Ok heres my 2 cents on this. Why not take a base under suit and use rigid foam and glue it to the undersuit base to make out your deffinition for the undersuit then take a black lycra body suit and sew it over top of the base and foam? then you would have your undersuit.

I understand what he means- but I don't see a reason to sew a lycra suit over the detailing that would just make it really hot. I was thinking a similar idea where you have a base undersuit and then add the detailing with foam or pleather.
