I just figured out how to get my mic to work on my computer but for some odd reason when I hit the test mic button in on the voice tab in the options menu the test always goes on for a split second and then tuns off again like if I had hit "stop test". I don't want to have to uninstall it unless I have to so I thought I would ask here, anyone know what I should do?

Who wants to play? If so type your screen name. Mine is Rowinish... Yeah I know original isn't it.

EDIT: If it is OK with the 405th forums if I made a 405th TF2 clan?

Maybe the volume on its speaker is too low, or the microphone isn't compatible?

I dunno, I only have the 360 version.

No it can't be that because it works fine on Half-life 2 deathmatch. (I've got the PC version)

I think that only happens when it can't detect the mic, did you plug it in after you started TF2? I can slightly remember that happening to me, because i plugged the mic in after i started TF2..

I do play TF2, If you haven't noticed my sig by now

I some how fixed the problem by randomly clicking all the mic settings buttons.
