I'm Buying A Camcorder!

But I don't know which one to get.
I am planning on using this to just film random stuff, like hanging out with friends and what not.
I would prefer to not use tapes. A flash memory one would be nice.
Money has to be fairly reasonable.

I was looking at the Flip UltraHD Camcorder.
Does anyone know if this is good? Or have any other suggestions?

Thats a really nice one you have there in the link actually with the 720p. I'm trying to get an HD one too, and I was looking towards something from the Canon Vixia series cause I like Canon the most. They are all very nice. Adam has the Vixia HV30, and that one looks pretty nice, and isn't as expensive as some others.

The Flip is a great little camera that films in HD. Its also very cheap, and easy to use. The only problem Ive had with it is that it takes a little while to upload to the computer, or atleast at my school. I recommend it if you need a cheap, high quality camcorder.

The flip ultra is amazing I own it an the quality is great for a pocket cam. The only problem I have with it is the lack of focus on small objects. If the only thing your doing is showing off your armor or everyday things the filps great for you.
