Iron Man Mark Iii Helmet

Hi guys

Im new to this forum and i thought i would begin descussing a way to make an iron man helmet.

I have done some highly exstensive research on the suit itself and i have come across an idea that might be helpful for low budget people such as my self and create a actual steel helmet.

What i was thinking was what if we traced the templates around a sheet of cold rolled steel and then cut that out and welded it together ?

Im going to give it a shot very soon and incorporate the lights and possibly a home made device linked to my Imac.

So Yeah tell me wat you think

I joined when I was just browsing the net and saw my plans on here, I wasn't sure what to think at first!
There's a lot of really good helmets on here. Mine is different in the fact that anyone can make it without speciallist equipment, just a printer. Plus it only takes a couple of hours and bingo, a full coloured iron man helmet!
