Is it possible to make a suit from reference picture only?

So im making a Destiny 2 armor set for guardian con and the files i have too many tiny pieces so i thought about making it from purely foam and reference pictures

Anything is possible if you put your mind to it!Indfact, you can find cosplayers that build destiny suits from when the trailers came out, and that is all they used. No models or files! Just attention to detail and grit. If it is a pepakura, you can always use the join faces tool to make the peices larger and more friendly, and the foam can bend to accommodate the shape anyway. May I ask what armorset?

Its a the Sunbreaker gauntlets boots and the mark but the helmet is helm of saint 14 with a armentarium
