All I have done is the pep for the helm. this is it so far:

I'm going to try the hot glue hardening method...we'll see how things go.

I would add some support struts ans try to make it more symeterical also looks about the right size, good work

Alright thanks man...how might i go about making the supports, i'm pretty new at this haha.

Things are looking good, my friend. I second the notion for support strutss, though. It's a lot easier to straighten things out now than after you fiberglass, believe me, I know from experience...
Making them yourself should be too bad, just cut out some cardstock, fold it in half for support, and glue/tape it in. I actually used some of those long skinny lego pieces for my helmet, since they vary in size and I have plenty of them.

and nice balaclava (sp?) by the way, I really need to get myself one of those.

Thanks daftspartan...i do think i'm going to do the hot glue method rather than the fiber glass, but i will indeed do some support struts beforehand.
