Welcome to the 405th Donut! If you check the armory, under the Halo 4 section, there's a link to the set of Mjolnir Mk VI Multiplayer files. There's Pepakura files, foam files as well as 3D files. Haven't checked the model myself but one of the reviews says the armour is detailed.

wait, can you print obj files?

You may have already solved this, but in case it is useful to someone else, no, you can't print .obj files. You can however convert .obj files into 3MF or STL using numerous different software suites.
