Lots of good info here, thanks everyone for your help. I am looking for some sizing help. I am thinking (but probably will) build a suit for my son. He is 9, about 56 inches tall. I downloaded the Pepakura files from the Halo Costuming wikia, and started with the right leg piece. The image link is below. I scaled it to 60 inches.. based on the notes to add a few inches, plus the dude is growing. It looks too big, but my real question is how high "should" the lleg piece go? Should it be to the top of the hip bone (roughly)?
