Making Molds...wow...help?

I'm ready to start making molds. First off can i rent pieces from anyone to make these molds? Here are my newbie question.

-What are molds made of?
-To make really strong armor what should I pour into the molds?
-What paint type/color looks best for the Halo 3 Mark VI Suit of Armor?
-Where do you get those beautiful gold shields on your helms?
-How much does NICE armor cost for the maker to make?
-Any good painting/weathering/battle scarring tips?
-Are weapons made basically the same way as armor?
-How do you apply fiber glass?
-Does anyone make real Chief Shoes as opposed to simple boot covers?
-Again, does anyone rent super accurate, unpainte armor for aking molds?
-How much profit is generally made on NICE armor?
-I love you guys for any help.

Seriously this website is a drop of heaven for me. Any help is soooooo great. Once I'm up and running I plan on selling for very small profits because high prices make me sick, so the sooner I know the above info the sooner I am producing armor!!! Thank you guys so much and PLEEASEPLEAEPLEASE don't hesitate to respond. I need so much help.

2. 1000+ depending on seller westerfield sells some for 900 its a good deal

3. Look on the front page of mjolnirarmor.com click on tutorials near the top

Then please stay in touch. Lets do this thing simoultaneously. Don't let me quit and we'll share our helpful hints. I'm terrified of the first step, making the initial clay shapes. How much of yours have you done. If i do a great piece ill let you borrow it for mold making. Vise Versa? Thts wesome dude. keep me updated.

: Sevearl diferent types of plastic are available, you can also use fiberglass

: Customer preferance let them decide

: Motorcycle Visors HJC

-How much does NICE armor cost for the maker to make?

: $800- $1300 + depending on what you do to it

-Any good painting/weathering/battle scarring tips?

: More or less the complication here is assembly and moving parts

-How do you apply fiber glass?

: The same way you get to carnigee hall (PRACTICE)

: Yes

:No it defeats the point of having the armor molds in the first place

-How much profit is generally made on NICE armor?

: ZERO you cannot make a profit as per Microsoft Regulations. However your time is not profit

LET IT GO MAN. Grunt didn't anything wrong. He didn't know it was a recast, and he destoryed the mold when he found out. What don't you people understand about that?

And Andrew, recasting someone else's armor isn't Ok, unless you get permission from them.
