If you don't have a dremel then the best way to trim it would be with a small coping saw. You can pick one up from home depot, lowes, or any hardware store for pretty cheap. It will allow you to do some very tight and detailed cutting with minimal effort. Well worth the 10-20 bucks you might pay.

Thx for the Suggestion! But what do you think about an electric grinder? It's one of those things people use to sharpen knife's, except its a heavy duty version used for axes and hatchets. Could i probably just grind off edges of the visor i need gone so it could fit without damaging my visor?
