I plan to create such helmet in the future, what materials will I need? How do I print these pepakura files? Thank you.

I'm most likely going to be using paper.

Pepakura is a free program that converts 3d models to be templates on paper. You would have to start by getting this program. *NOTE THAT THE FREE VERSOIN DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SAVE ANYTHING. ONCE YOU SCALE THE HELMET PROPERLY, WRITE DOWN WHAT THE MEASUREMENTS ARE SO YOU DONT LOSE IT*
Then go into the armory and download the helmet files. The helmet is the same except for battle damage I am pretty sure, so there shouldnt be any file differences that need to be made. Then learn the process of fibreglassing paper helmets and armor by looking at threads and watching videos. The youtube series by cerialkiller is your best friend here.
Once you dl this you can dremel into the visor to get the unique cracking and damage. This is a very neat helmet that I dont think has been made yet and I hope you can pull it off
