Mass Effect N7 Armor Foam Build HELP !

hey, really need help with my latest and first project, EVA Foam N7 Mass Effect armor.
I have templates but i really dont know how to resize them for someone of my height and width, Also this is my first thread and EVA foam build, would it be better to go with different armor from another game or film ?

Yes they are another users but resizing is all that is to be done, Im about 31 high and 12 wide, no idea on sizings for everything else !

Once i have scaled and printed my template my materials should have been ordered and have arrived then I shall be posting progress.
