Master chief boot mouldings

Good morning all my names dave im new to this site but have had alook a few times through here and its been alot of help to help so thank you..
Im currently stuck i have bought the rubies master chief costume but unfortunately it doesnt come woth the armour plates for the back half of the boots i was wondering if any could give me some advice on how i can make them or the best place to get them made...thanks kindly

My best suggestion would be to get with foam. It's cheap and easy for that type of thing. You just need a blade a reference image and determination would be fastest way to go about that matter!

I have a friend that does 3d printing would that be any good for what i need

You could do that as well. You just need to see what material he's using and if it'll be durable enough to withstand your constant walking. And if it'll be comfortable for you!
