Master Chief Halo 4 Foam Undersuit. Help Needed

Hey everyone, a while back I made the Master Chief mk IV from halo 4/5 but i'm tall and slim that my armor look odd on me. In solution for this, i want to make a foam undersuit, but I dont know where to start. so if any of you armor maker could help me, it would be very nice of you.

So this site makes Costume or premade Morph suits with or without padding and your own pattern. I Ordered one with out padding with this design at 1 cm per comb. Because I'm 6 foot 1 200 lbs my suit was a little big so it was about 100 bucks slightly smaller and they run about 65 bucks for custom print suits with out padding I don't have pricing with padding. I'm currently waiting for mine to come in they said about 4 weeks turn around (been about 2 weeks already) I'll try and post and update when It comes in.
