Master Chief - LED covers

What are you guys using as light covers for the 4 (2 on each side) lights on the side of the Master Chief helmet. I have my helmet built, painted, visor fitted, wired with set of LED lights. What do you used for the covers?

Any help from those that have gone before me?

I've seen people use all sorts of things. Personally, I like the look of the LEDs sticking out bare. Others use plastic diffusers, ridges from the clear plastic edge of a cd case. Use your imagination with what household items you have or can find at the dollar store.
