Creating a small-scale Reaper could take a loooong time, due to all of the intricaties that it is composed of.

I'd hate to say this, but the best way to acquire one of these bad boys is to locate the in-game 3d model.
Lucky for you, you may just be able to find one over at the Facepunch forums.
It'd just take a bit to find.

Yeah, maybe the scale is too small, but about 30-50cm high model would be suitable. But thanks for the advise. I keep searching. Hopefully this thing is modeled and available someday.

Well that is a good start. Simple model that gives me tons of ideas how this could be done in Pepakura or downloadable pdf -file.
