most of these files ar OBJ is there any way to change them to pdo?

ok well i have another problem now i have recently had a friend ask me to make so fantasy for armor for her and she like alot of what i got theres just one problem she needs armor to fit her well u knows into so if anyone can help me out i would greatly appreciate it
