Mk Vs. Dc Sub-Zero And Scorpion Masks

Hi guys,

After about a week of working on these and I plan to do the rest of the armor for both of the characters as well. TwistedXKnights did the unfolding on Sub-Zero's Mask and I did the unfold on the Scorpion mask. I will warn you though the Sub-Zero is pretty easy to put together but the Scorpion Mask is very high def and a lot of parts but I was able to squeeze it onto 9 pages for easy printing. I should hopefully have the rest of the armor done in about a week or two depending how much more problems I get from working on it.

Thanks the Scorpion Mask was the easy part now to the harder parts of Scorpion and whenever TwistedXKnights gets done with Sub-Zero's Parts they can be linked here I have the belt for Sub-Zero in my 4shared but I will let Twisted post his links. Hey Anubis just to think all you need is a white out contact lense for one of Sub-Zero's eyes and dip your arms in liquid nitrogen and you got the costume made j/k but all you should need for him is half arm length light blue gloves mabe some airbrushing too.

As for MK Deception Pony thats just not possible for me to do since it's not really that great of 3D but I'll still see if I can get it to see what it looks like. I also have Cyrax and Sektor I plan to work on them after these two are done.

I've always wanted a Cyrax helmet, like way back when I played MK3 on sega.



These look pretty good but, I haven't played MK vs. DC so I don't know that much.

I appreciate all you have done. You have brought joy to many people's lives with these. I was thinking of using a material that glowed blue-ish under a black light or something to that nature and have my wife slash my eye j/k. Maybe I'll just be inventive and make something. I was wondering, where did you get the character files from and can you get others from other games? If so i have a request.

The models that I find I get from diffrent places and theres a lot I browse, but what is your request as long as it's a 3d character preferably from a PC game (I can find them from PS3 and 360 as well) I can probably find it.

I wanted Tekkaman Blade (Teknoman: American) from the game tatsunoko vs. capcom or the anime series. I got refrence pics if you know how to do it from scratch. Thanks if you can and thanks if you can't.



By the way. I am building mask as we speak (sub-zero). I also have a suggestion for the arms for all. get a pair of light blue long gloves and wear a frosted plastic long glove over it like the ones they use to reach into the butts of horses and cows. Then heat shrink it to fit the glove. The ridges can be made from soda straws or the like. It should have a blue glow like quality to it.

The heat shrink would'nt work since there's the possibility that you would cut off circulation if you do it that way.If you can pm me a refrence image of that character I am not familar with it but I know there is a discussion going on the characters on one of the sites I belong to but I don't think they have any 3d files yet I'll have to look first, obtain permission to use the character and after that it won't take me long at all. But back on the gloves if you put them on first you can use fabric paint and they have some fabric paint that gives it a raised effect when you apply a blow dryer to it. I've been doing costuming for about 8 years and been making Pepakura and PDF papercrafts for the last 4 years so I'm not new to this at all.

EDIT: Heres the link to where they are working on the characters from the wii game. Just waiting for the guy to release the model pack so I can start having fun.
