I am intrested in making a VERY large gundam with pepakura, but I am very bad at modeling, so is there anyone who has a Gundam model that IS NOT on google sketchup?
FULL CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE ORIGIONAL MODELER FOR MAKING THE GUNDAM POSSIBLE

thats because you need to get yourself a photobucket account or some kind of uploader, upload your picture then copy the image text from photobucket and paste the text here

also you could just plow up a small model in photoshop Ive done that before to make lager models

Yeah it's a shame. But if you find an unlocked PDO of any other gundam I'm sure you could just multiply the size by about 100!

Did a little bit of looking, and I was able to find a Strike Freedom Model. Now it is not in .pdo format, however the website has all pdf pages and instructions available for download. You will also need your language encoding activated as it is in chinese or japanese, I don't really recall. Anyway you can get it here.

However...

I am up and running on modeling and I will give you the models I create of gundam in HI def to make whatever size you want.

I do this because I, personally, am disgusted by the fact that people like Taras Lesko put their models on the pep gallery site and then say they do not intend to release their models.
Not to discredit Lesko's talent, he is very good, however in my oppinion, if one posts on the pep gallery, one should provide their models.

I encourage all of the people who read this to think about the fact that when you post on any community site, the key word is COMMUNITY, thank you.

So Keep in touch for model postings, and feel free to use this thread to discuss anything gundam model related.

I was building a 1/10 scale Heavyarms but ran out of room. I had the arms and head to build in order to finish it. Scrapped the project.
It would have been a 6' model.
I have the toy, and I simply multiplied the dimensions on each panel, by 10.

Not a Gundam though; I'm not a Gundam fan. What I was looking for for the longest time was an Evangelion Unit-01 or Unit-02 3d model. There are papercraft ones but they are tiny. I've wanted to build a six foot Evangelion for a long time now.

Currently at the top of my list though is the Nirvash. If anybody is looking for a project to do, model the Nirvash! (Spec 2)

Nice to see another Wing fan

My favorite Gundam series was Gundam Wing. LOVED the movie, Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz.

If someone makes a Heavyarms Custom or Deathscythe Hell Custom (6' model), I would build that as a costume! Pretty much any Gundam from Gundam Wing, except that Wing Zero Custom would be annoying for the wings.
